A retired officer of the Argentine Marine Corps and MBA graduate, Juan blends military discipline, public sector leadership, and entrepreneurial innovation. He held senior roles in both the City and National Governments of Argentina, where he led strategic programs and managed high-performing teams. As an entrepreneur, Juan has founded six companies in the gastronomy and sports industries. At PLC, he focuses on early-stage venture creation — from concept design and strategic positioning to team building. Juan brings an ability to turn ideas into scalable businesses, guided by purpose, innovation, and long-term vision.

A retired officer of the Argentine Marine Corps, Martín brings over 20 years of combined governmental, military, and corporate leadership experience in the United States. His background spans high-stakes operational environments, strategic program development, and cross-functional team management. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles across the public, technology & entertainment sectors—where he has consistently delivered measurable results, strengthened organizational resilience, and led diverse teams through complex operational challenges. At PLC he remains as a silent partner and co-founder.
