A retired officer of the Argentine Marine Corps, Martín brings over 20 years of combined governmental and corporate experience in the United States. He has held strategic and operational leadership roles across a range of industries, consistently driving results in complex environments.
At PLC Consulting, Martín provides high-level strategic guidance, contributing to the firm’s vision and long-term growth trajectory. His deep expertise supports the evaluation of impactful projects and investment opportunities, while enhancing cross-market positioning and critical decision-making. Juan I. Ferrari

A retired officer of the Argentine Marine Corps and MBA graduate, Juan blends military discipline, public sector leadership, and entrepreneurial innovation. He held senior roles in both the City and National Governments of Argentina, where he led strategic programs and managed high-performing teams. As an entrepreneur, Juan has founded six companies in the gastronomy and sports industries. At PLC, he focuses on early-stage venture creation — from concept design and strategic positioning to team building. Juan brings an ability to turn ideas into scalable businesses, guided by purpose, innovation, and long-term vision.
